একটা প্রবাদ প্রচলন আছে যা সকলের জানা, "শিক্ষাই জাতির মেরুদন্ড"। তবে বর্তমান বিশ্বে উন্নয়নশীল রাষ্ট্র সমূহে সাধারণ যে শিক্ষা প্রচলন রয়েছে সে শিক্ষা দ্বারা বিশ্বায়নের যুগে মানুষকে পিছিয়ে থাকতে হয়। এতে ক্রমান্বয়ে বেকারত্বের সংখ্যা বেড়েই চলেছে। শুধু বাংলাদেশে নয় বিশ্বের যে কোন উন্নয়নশীল রাষ্ট্রকে ক্ষুধা, দারিদ্র ও বেকার মুক্ত করতে হলে প্রয়োজন কারিগরী প্রশিক্ষণ। কারণ কোন দেশ কারিগরী দক্ষতা ও প্রযুক্তিতে যত বেশি উন্নত, সে দেশের অর্থনীতি ততই শক্তিশালী। কারিগরী প্রশিক্ষণ প্রচার ও প্রসারে বর্তমানে গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশ সরকার ভিশন ২০৪১ সালকে কেন্দ্র করে বহু পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণ করেছেন। অত্র প্রতিষ্ঠান সরকারের প্রচেষ্টার সাথে একাত্মতা প্রকাশের মাধ্যমে দেশব্যাপী প্রশিক্ষণ কার্যক্রম চালিয়ে যাচ্ছে। ইতিমধ্যে অত্র প্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে প্রশিক্ষণ গ্রহণ করে বাংলাদেশ সরকারের বিভিন্ন মন্ত্রণালয় যেমন : শিক্ষা, স্বরাষ্ট্র, কৃষি, বিজ্ঞান ও প্রযুক্তি মন্ত্রণালয়, ধান গবেষণা ইনস্টিটিউট, যোগাযোগ মন্ত্রণালয়, ক্রীড়া ও সাংস্কৃতিক মন্ত্রণালয়, কৃষি সম্প্রসারণ অধিদপ্তর, ভূমি জরিপ অধিদপ্তর, চুয়েট ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়সহ দেশের বিভিন্ন সরকারি/ বেসরকারি প্রতিষ্ঠানে চাকুরীরত অবস্থায় রয়েছেন এবং ইউরোপ, আমেরিকা, এশিয়া, মালয়েশিয়া সহ বহির্বিশ্বের বিভিন্ন রাষ্ট্রে কম্পিউটারের পেশায় ক্যারিয়ার গঠন করেছেন। আবার দেশে সৃষ্টি হয়েছে নতুন উদ্যোক্তা। ছাত্র/ ছাত্রীরা অবসর সময়কে কাজে লাগিয়ে কম্পিউটার প্রশিক্ষণ গ্রহণের মাধ্যমে নিজেকে গড়ে তুলছে ফ্রিল্যান্সার বা অনলাইন আয়ের উপযোগী। প্রাণের সোনার বাংলাদেশকে ২০৪১ সালের পূর্বে উন্নত রাষ্ট্রে পরিণত করতে অত্র প্রতিষ্ঠান The Companies ACT XVIII OF 1994 (See section-115) আইনের অনুকূলে গভঃ রেজিঃ নং- CH-15137/2022 এর আওতাধীন Skills & Youth Development Ltd. Training Center নামে সারা দেশব্যাপী একটি প্রকল্প চালুর সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ করে। সে প্রকল্পের আওতাধীন সারা দেশব্যাপী ভিন্ন ভিন্ন নামে রয়েছে বিভিন্ন কম্পিউটার প্রশিক্ষণ কেন্দ্র। আর সে সকল কম্পিউটার প্রশিক্ষণ কেন্দ্রের মাধ্যমে তৃণমূল পর্যায়ে পৌঁছে যাচ্ছে প্রযুক্তির ছোঁয়া। এছাড়া ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা হয়েছে ঘরে বসে অনলাইনের মাধ্যমে প্রশিক্ষণ, ডোমেইন এবং হোষ্টিং বিক্রয়, ওয়েব সাইট ডিজাইন এবং ডেভেলপমেন্ট, উদ্যোক্তা তৈরির লক্ষ্যে “কম্পিউটার প্রশিক্ষণ কেন্দ্র অনুমোদন সহ নানা কার্যক্রম গ্রহণ করেছে। ICT ক্ষেত্রে উন্নয়নের জন্য এ প্রতিষ্ঠান নিরলস প্রচেষ্ঠা চালিয়ে যাচ্ছে। সারা দেশব্যাপী তৃণমূল পর্যায়ে ICT বিষয়ক সকল প্রকার প্রশিক্ষণ কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করে আসছে। ভবিষ্যতে এটি চলমান থাকবে, ইনশাআল্লাহ!
There is a saying that everyone knows, "Education is the backbone of the nation". However, in the age of globalization, people have to be left behind by the education that is common in developing countries in today's world. As a result, the number of unemployed is gradually increasing. Technical training is needed to liberate any developing country in the world, not just Bangladesh, from hunger, poverty and unemployment. Because the more developed a country is in technical skills and technology, the stronger its economy is. At present, the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh has taken many steps for the promotion and dissemination of technical training centering on Vision 2041. The institute is conducting training activities across the country in solidarity with the efforts of the government. The Ministry of Education, Home, Agriculture, Science and Technology, Paddy Research Institute, Ministry of Communications, Ministry of Sports and Culture, Department of Agricultural Extension, Department of Land Survey, CUET Engineering University / Has been working in a private company and has formed a career in computer profession in different countries of Europe, America, Asia, Malaysia and abroad. New entrepreneurs have been created in the country. Students are developing their freelancer or online income by taking advantage of their leisure time and taking computer training. In order to transform the golden Bangladesh of life into a developed nation before 2041, the company decided to launch a nationwide project called Skills & Youth Development Ltd. Training Center under Govt. Reg. By Under that project, there are various computer training centers with different names all over the country. And the touch of technology is reaching the grassroots level through all those computer training centers. Measures have also been taken to provide online training at home, domain and hosting sales, web site design and development, and entrepreneurial activities. The organization is continuing its relentless efforts for the development of ICT. Has been conducting all kinds of training activities on ICT at the grassroots level across the country. It will continue in the future, InshaAllah!
